The infamous Las Venturas 'ghost cars' are actually a convoy of occupied industrial vehicles — Forklifts, Tugs, and Baggages — that spawn near the shipping containers at the airport and drive in an endless, aggressive circle. When attacked, they don't flee or chase you; they just keep looping while driving erratically, which made players think they were supernatural.
