Why does your 'countryside photographer' look like a desert cultist? Rockstar mixed up their own zone codes

The Suicidal Photographer mostly spawns as desert pedestrians like 'Mr. Trenchcoat' instead of countryside locals. Here's why: the Flint Intersection area is mistakenly coded as POPCYCLE_GROUP_DESERT_FOLK in the game files instead of POPCYCLE_GROUP_FARMERS. So when you approach the inlet from that direction, you get desert NPC spillover — including trenchcoat-wearing weirdos taking scenic photos before drowning.
