Sign Placement on Kaseya Center
A helicopter lifted the assembled sign onto the roof of the Kaseya Center, home of the Miami Heat. The display faces the ocean and is visible to flights arriving at Miami International Airport. Workers completed final assembly on site after initial ground preparation.
Cost and Timeline Details

Rockstar is paying Miami-Dade County $975,000 for the installation, which covers staff and emergency services support. The sign is expected to stay in place at least through the end of December. The arena's pre-season games in October will provide additional visibility.
Planned Marketing Expansion
Further real-world promotions are scheduled to ramp up in mid to late October according to documents reviewed by RockstarINTEL. The current sign measures roughly one-third the arena width and features visible mounting brackets.
