Jason Duval
Born and raised on the sun-bleached edges of Leonida, Jason Duval never had much of a future laid out for him. Quick-tempered and quicker with his fists, he drifted through odd jobs and petty crime until the line between surviving and breaking the law disappeared entirely. When he meets Lucia, something shifts — not softer, but sharper. A reason to aim higher, even if "higher" means deeper into the criminal underworld.
Jason's story is one of transformation — from small-time troublemaker to a man willing to risk everything for a shot at something bigger. But in Vice City, ambition has a price, and not everyone who reaches for the top makes it there alive.

Lucia Caminos
Lucia Caminos grew up knowing the system was built to grind people like her into dust. When Jason and Lucia enter his orbit, they find an unlikely ally — but Boobie's alliances always come with conditions.

Dre'Quan Priest is a rising star in Vice City's underground music scene — a rapper whose lyrics cut as sharp as the streets that shaped him. But behind the bravado and studio sessions, Dre'Quan is navigating the same dangerous world as everyone else. His music isn't just art; it's a lifeline, a way to document the chaos and maybe, just maybe, transcend it.

Real Dimez is Vice City's most notorious social media personality — a content creator whose reckless stunts and unapologetic lifestyle have earned him millions of followers and the attention of people you don't want attention from. In Leonida's world of crime and excess, Dimez blurs the line between documenting the chaos and becoming part of it.
Raul Bautista
Raul Bautista is a man caught between two worlds — the legitimate life he wants to build for his family, and the criminal empire that keeps pulling him back in. Operating out of Leonida's southern reaches, Raul is a key player in the state's smuggling networks. His story intersects with Jason and Lucia's when a botched deal threatens to unravel everything he's built.
Brian Heder
Brian Heder is chaos personified — a wild card in Vice City's underworld who operates by his own incomprehensible logic. Unpredictable, dangerous, and weirdly likeable, Brian drifts through the criminal landscape like a hurricane with a sense of humor. Nobody quite understands his motivations, which is exactly how he likes it.
