Players thought they heard skateboards in Los Santos sewers — proof the Ninja Turtles were hiding in GTA?
The TMNT myth in GTA San Andreas was fueled by reports of skateboard sounds in the Storm Drains, plus the fact that skateboards were cut content. However, the sounds were likely just passing vehicles or ambient noise from the nearby Glen Park Skate Park, and no TMNT models or textures exist in the game files. The myth is debunked — and would have been impossible anyway due to copyright law.
