Arion Kurtaj, the individual behind the GTA 6 gameplay leak, has been transferred from a secure hospital to a standard prison. This change comes ahead of a retrial scheduled for November, after he was deemed fit to stand trial. The move follows the lifting of court reporting restrictions in July.
Details of the Transfer
According to RockstarINTEL, the transfer was confirmed by BBC reporter Joe Tidy after restrictions were removed on July 14. Kurtaj had previously been held in the hospital due to his autism and risk of reoffending.
History of the Cybercrime

Kurtaj was convicted last year on multiple counts including hacking and fraud. His actions included breaching Rockstar's systems and leaking 90 videos of GTA VI along with GTA V source code.
Upcoming Criminal Proceedings
He is now set to face a criminal trial in November. The outcome remains uncertain following his previous sentencing.
