In 2013, Rockstar held an open casting call where fans could apply to be cast as Epsilon Program characters. Five winners from the US, Germany, and Australia were turned into in-game NPCs with their real names: Ameer, Haylee, Jesse, Joscha, and Tiana. They appeared on the satirical 'Cultstoppers' website.
