Steve Scott from GTA: Vice City is a direct parody of Steven Spielberg, with his films 'Closer Encounters' and 'Bite' spoofing 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind' and 'Jaws' — and his obsession with giant sharks, aliens, and bizarrely, mountains of mashed potatoes, is even documented in his VCPD criminal record.
