GTA Online cut a topless Jeep and a prison bus from its military store — then brought them back years later

Multiple vehicles were originally cut from Warstock Cache & Carry during development, including a topless Mesa, Fire Truck, Prison Bus, Police Riot, and Boxville variants — most of which were eventually added in later updates spanning years (Heists, Diamond Casino Heist, Chop Shop).
