Raf finally admits he doesn't know something — and the game calls it out.

In the 'Glass Cutter' prep mission for The Kortz Center Heist, Raf — who usually has all the intel — openly admits he has no idea where the glass cutter is located. Instead, he makes the player upload OG to KnoWay's servers so the AI can analyze data and locate an enemy gang's safehouse.
