The Los Santos Medical Center and Fire Department ambulances carry tiny decals reading '4AG-86' and 'RB26-32R' — direct references to the legendary Toyota AE86 and Nissan Skyline GT-R (R32) engines, the 4A-GE and RB26DETT. These Japanese performance icons are secretly honored on emergency vehicles.
