The Ocean Beach hotel in GTA VI is modeled after 728 Ocean Drive, the real Miami building famous as the 'Sun Ray Motel' in Scarface. Rockstar already paid homage to this exact location in GTA: Vice City (2002) as 'Apartment 3c' — meaning they've now referenced the same Scarface building twice across two different Vice Cities, two decades apart.
