GTA's most terrifying 'serial killer tool' is actually just... farm equipment.
The Cultivator in GTA San Andreas became the centerpiece of a serial killer myth because players didn't recognize it as a real farming implement. Myth hunters claimed a creepy NPC called 'Mr. Trenchcoat' used its sharp blades to dismember victims at his desert house. In reality, the Cultivator is just a rusty towable object with zero special damage properties — the only vehicle that can actually gib pedestrians is the Combine Harvester. The 'body parts' seen in viral screenshots were map edits.
