The biggest myth in GTA history started with a fake website 8 years before Rockstar ever mentioned it again.

The Epsilon Program was first revealed through a teaser website (epsilonprogram.com) launched in early 2004. A fan named JBlend discovered it and posted the cult's tenets on Blogspot, creating a rallying point for early GTA myth hunters. Rockstar went completely silent about Epsilon for eight full years until suddenly updating the site in 2012 to promote GTA V — making this the longest-running alternate reality game tease in the franchise.

Verdict:Confirmed
