The Hill Valley Church is a deliberate reference to Back to the Future, where "Hill Valley" is the movie's setting. The name is intentionally comedic because it's an oxymoron — a hill and a valley are opposites, something Rockstar clearly found funny enough to immortalize in GTA V.
