The 'Romero Riddle' is a fan theory connecting Funeraria Romero in GTA: Vice City to a city-wide organ trafficking ring. Players noticed a skeleton in the cemetery behind the funeral home is missing an arm, and theorized it was being sold at the nearby 'Human Organs' shop. The conspiracy expands to include Riverside Pavillion restaurants using a manhole to smuggle meat, the meat company R.S. & L. Bows as a front, and Donald Love — the series' infamous cannibal — as a wealthy client funding the operation. None of these connections have been confirmed by Rockstar.
