A police SUV from a snow-covered ghost town was found at the bottom of the ocean — and nobody knows how it got there.
In 2015, a GTA V player discovered what appeared to be a damaged Police Rancher from North Yankton — a map area only accessible during story missions — sitting on the ocean floor. The vehicle lacked tires and was in deep water where players cannot normally drive. Some theorized it was a mod, but the location and despawn mechanics make that unlikely. Others suggested the 'Strange Collisions' glitch, where North Yankton's invisible collision geometry persists in the main map, causing the vehicle to fall through into the ocean.
