Nick Hertz, the forgotten twin brother of tech villain Avon Hertz, was a government snitch who helped set up the entire Doomsday Heist plot by connecting the GTA Online protagonist with Lester Crest. After the heist, he was cut loose by the FIB and literally dyed his skin black to disappear into Los Santos.
