The Cheetah was supposed to appear in normal traffic — but Rockstar left it out.

According to data files, the Cheetah was meant to spawn in ambient scenario traffic in the "Rockford Cars" vehicle model set, driving in and out of driveways alongside the Voltic, Surano, and Banshee. However, this model set went completely unused, making the Cheetah a rare purchase-only supercar.
