Secret government speakers are hidden across GTA's desert — and they were never supposed to stay there.

In GTA San Andreas, mysterious megaphone-like devices with antennas remain permanently scattered across El Castillo del Diablo and Bone County, even though they only serve a purpose in one mission. These speakers were originally just for Mike Toreno to communicate with CJ during the 'Interdiction' mission, but Rockstar never removed them from the world afterward — leaving permanent spy equipment dotting the desert landscape.
