The dead man in the Vice City meat locker isn't who you think he is.
Players long believed the hanging body in Marco's Bistro was Victor Vance, theorizing Sonny Forelli killed him before the drug deal. This was debunked when Victor appears alive in a later cutscene. The body is actually a nameless character fans nicknamed 'Frankie Carbone' after the Goodfellas character who died the same way — making it a hidden movie reference, not a plot spoiler.
