The heart attack myth that fooled thousands of SA players

Despite forum rumors claiming obese CJ could die of a heart attack, no such code exists in GTA: San Andreas. The 'You run the risk of a heart attack' message is just a warning text — players likely confused starvation deaths or a rare PC climbing glitch (triggered by disabling Frame Limiter) for this fictional cardiac event.
