There's a literal Easter egg hidden inside a building wall in Vice City — and it changes across games.

In GTA Vice City, players can clip through a window near the VCN helipad to discover a secret room containing a giant chocolate egg on a podium that says "Happy Easter." In Vice City Stories on PS2, the same room exists but the egg is visibly under construction — a rare case of Rockstar acknowledging and evolving their own Easter egg across titles. The PSP version cruelly bricks up the wall entirely, making it inaccessible.
