Woozie, the blind mob boss, is called 'Lucky Mole' by the Triads — and he mentions luck more than almost anyone in the game.

Despite being completely blind, Triad leader Woozie is regarded by his organization as blessed with 'unbelievable good fortune' and nicknamed 'Lucky Mole.' He and Cesar Vialpando are tied for mentioning 'luck' the most times in dialogue across GTA San Andreas.
