You can mug this photographer at gunpoint — they'll surrender, then STILL walk into the ocean

The Suicidal Photographer has bizarre AI responses to player interference. If you aim a weapon at them, they perform the surrender animation with hands up — but once they lower their arms, they ignore you completely and resume their death march into the water. Start a fight or jack a car nearby, and they'll also abandon their photos and head straight for the ocean. However, if you actually attack them, they suddenly treat their camera as a weapon and will chase CJ around snapping photos aggressively until killed.
