New Footage and Voting Poll
A tenth leaked clip appeared showing plane gameplay at night without any cutscene elements. The same watermarks appear across the videos, promoting the CyberLeek cryptocurrency token and repeating an anti-digital-rights manifesto that calls for resistance against restrictions on resale.
Take-Two Legal Actions

Take-Two has issued subpoenas to Microsoft, Discord and X seeking identifying information tied to accounts linked to the CyberLeek persona. The company also sent a DMCA takedown notice to GitHub regarding repositories containing the leaked material. Xbox CTO Scott Van Vliet stated the platform is assisting Take-Two and Rockstar in protecting intellectual property.
Ongoing Releases and Context
The leaks have now run for six straight days and include clips of Jason driving to a gas station, an armed robbery and a strip club sequence. Bloomberg reported that Rockstar remains unaware of how the material was obtained. The official GTA 6 extended look remains scheduled for Netflix on August 27.
