Journalist Reports Ongoing Previews
Tom Henderson of Insider Gaming stated that previews of GTA 6 are underway, a development he links to an expected extended look at the game on Netflix. The report notes that this activity is separate from the recent leak of gameplay videos and map details that surfaced earlier in the week.
Dispute Over Timing and Access
NateTheHate pushed back on the claim, noting that the leaked footage from Tuesday is more than a year old and questioning whether current preview events are actually occurring. The response suggests that some publications and creators may already have played the game, which could account for their silence on the leaks to avoid straining ties with Rockstar.
Implications for Coverage and Players
The conflicting statements highlight how access to the title influences media behavior around leaks. Players may see more official material soon if the previews are real, but the situation remains speculative for now.
