Subpoena Seeks Identity of CyberLeek Account
Take-Two filed the subpoena on August 20 in the Southern District of New York, requesting records tied to the CyberLeek account believed responsible for posting the leaked videos. The filing references several Discord servers, including one associated with content creator Matthew Judge, known online as DarkViperAU. The company stated the information would be used only to protect its copyrights and that it had submitted a sworn declaration confirming the purpose.
DarkViperAU Issues Public Denial

Judge posted on X that the mentioned server is not his editors' Discord and that no leak clips exist in his communities. He expressed confusion over the subpoena, noted his past conversations with Rockstar staff, and said he believes the company would have contacted him directly if it suspected involvement. Judge also streamed for three hours to address the filing, stating he had shared nothing intentionally and joking that the situation belongs in the history books.
Leaks Continue Into Fourth Day
A new GTA 6 gameplay clip appeared online on August 21, marking the fourth consecutive day of releases. The video again promotes a memecoin, and its watermark references higher market caps leading to more leaks. Neither Take-Two nor Rockstar has commented on the leaks or the subpoena.
