This prop in GTA San Andreas makes a sound almost no other decoration can

The Rusty Wheelchair is one of the few purely decorative objects in GTA San Andreas that produces a metallic sound when struck. Most props in the game are completely silent unless designed for player interaction. Yet paradoxically, it cannot be moved by Tow Trucks, Forklifts, explosives, or even occupied by pedestrians like normal chairs — making its collision behavior bizarrely inconsistent.
