A palm tree in GTA San Andreas is so inconveniently placed that pedestrians spawn on it and immediately fall off.

At the eastern edge of Santa Maria Beach, pedestrians can accidentally spawn on top of a palm tree because its trunk slightly overlaps with the sidewalk's pedestrian pathway node. They immediately walk toward the sidewalk and tumble down, taking only minimal damage from the short fall.
