Kill someone inside a casino in GTA San Andreas, then find their corpse falling from the sky on the roof.
In Caligula's Palace, if you massacre pedestrians inside the casino then go to the roof, the exact same NPCs you killed will plummet from the sky and land on the roof. This happens because the casino's interior technically exists miles above the building in the 'Hidden Interiors Universe' — when you exit, the dead bodies drop from that sky-high location down to the roof.
