Pre-Order Timing and Available Editions
Pre-orders begin at midnight on June 25 in each time zone with Standard and Ultimate Editions offered from the start. An upgrade path to the higher tier will also be sold separately. All buyers who order before November 20 receive a Vintage Vice City Pack containing themed items.
Physical Editions Ship Early Without a Disc
Physical copies become available November 12 so owners can pre-download the game ahead of the November 19 release. The box contains only a download code rather than a disc. Digital pre-orders gain the same early download window plus one month of GTA+.
Ultimate Edition Adds Exclusive Shops and Items
Rockstar clarified on its site that Rideout Customs, One-Eyed Willie's, Sara's Unisex Salon, Stock 305, and Electric Fang Tattoo are accessible only with the Ultimate Edition. The tier also supplies exclusive vehicles, weapon variants, apparel, and story-threaded content for Jason and Lucia. The game launches as a single-player experience with GTA Online features to follow later.
