Unconfirmed GTA VI Map and Gameplay Leak Circulates Online

An unconfirmed leak posted by the group Cyberleak claims to show the complete GTA VI map and two short gameplay clips. The report from RockstarINTEL notes that Rockstar and Take-Two have issued copyright strikes against the material. If authentic, the files would represent the largest public disclosure of the game since 2022.

Origin and Alleged Motive

According to RockstarINTEL the material appeared this evening on forums and social media from an online group called Cyberleak. The group states its actions are a response to Rockstar releasing GTA VI digitally only and to Sony's planned end of physical discs in 2028.

The leak reportedly depicts five counties inside the state of Leonida. A large city identified as Vice City sits on the right side, with the Leonida Keys at the southern edge, scattered towns, beaches, and greenery in the central and northern areas. Bodies of water are labeled the Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Leonida, and Leonida Straits.

Video Content and Metadata

Two clips totaling under two minutes were shared alongside the map. Metadata examined by GTA Forums dates the footage to 2023. The first shows Jason driving on a highway, listening to radio tracks, colliding with another vehicle, and attacking an NPC with a pipe wrench before a police pursuit begins. The second depicts Jason shooting hoops outside a house. On-screen elements include vehicle fuel and engine condition readouts plus police awareness of the player's car, clothing, and appearance.
