GTA San Andreas was supposed to have real earthquakes — and the code is still hiding in your game.
During development, Rockstar actually programmed working earthquakes into GTA San Andreas. Though cut from the final release, the code remains buried in the game's executable file. Modders who reactivate it see vehicles bouncing and pedestrian models glitching and distorting — but bizarrely, the camera doesn't shake and buildings stay completely still, creating a surreal nightmare effect.
